Completed orders are shipped via US Postal Service Ground Advantage Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays. Turnaround time for completion of orders with personalization on bandanas is approximately 3-5 business days. Freshly made treats, Spice Cookies II and Sweet Tater Chips, are a minimum of 5 business days due to the time needed for dehydration of these products. Pupcakes require an advanced order of 7 business days (M-F).
We do not ship Pupcakes due to perishability of the product. Pupcakes are either In-Person Pickup (customer picks up at business address in Kempner only) or Local Delivery/Meetup Locations (customer picks up from on of the listed locations at additional cost). These two options, In-Person Pickup and Local Delivery/Meet Up Locations, are also available for all other customer product purchases.
The Local Delivery/Meet Up Location mileage radius is limited to within 20 miles from our business address. This option can be found during checkout by selecting Shipping/Local Delivery Address. Helpful checkout guides are at the bottom of the Home Page in the Downloads section.
We ship all nonperishable products via US Postal Service Ground Advantage (5-10) business days.

We recommend hand washing especially for bandanas with custom embroidery or embroidered personalization. To dry, we recommend air drying by either hanging or laying the bandana flat. If needing to iron the bandana after washing/drying, please use a clean press cloth to protect any embroidered designs/personalization areas. Following these care instructions optimizes longevity of the bandana.
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. We are here to help and encourage customers to directly communicate via email if not 100% satisfied. Should the seller be in error on any product received, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost to the customer. All perishable treat products and personalized bandanas are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
