Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products.  This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

All purchases are available for local pick up at K9 Savors-n-Swag, LLC's business address:  179 County Road 4710 Kempner, TX 76539. 


Pickups are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm except for holidays.  Please call K9 Savors-n-Swag, LLC at (254) 521-1616 to arrange a pickup time.


Free Shipping: 

We offer free United States Postal Service Ground Advantage shipping on Orders over $30.00.

  

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.  The average turn-around time for a completed product to be shipped is 6-10 business days, depending upon seasonal ordering.  Shipping dates also exclude weekends and holidays.  In the event of significant shipping delays, we will notify customers via email. Customers are also encouraged to contact K9 Savors-n-Swag to obtain current turn-around times. 


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

  

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Delayed United States Postal Service Ground Advantage Packages:  

K9 Savors-n-Swag, LLC utilizes United States Postal Service Ground Advantage to ship all packages.  Packages shipped via United States Postal Service Ground Advantage are outside of K9 Savors-n-Swag, LLC’s shipping control.  For package delays, customers are responsible for contacting the United States Postal Service for direct assistance.  All packages shipped with United States Postal Service Ground Advantage includes $100.00 of insurance and the customer can file a claim for the lost package should the package not be delivered.  K9 Savors-n-Swag, LLC is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, or for possible shipment delays associated with the carrier, United States Postal Service. 

   

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LABELED AS DELIVERERD, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?   

Please read our policy regarding delayed packages. 

Possible Scenarios to Consider: 

1.Give the package a few days to see if it gets delivered as it could have been marked delivered preemptively 

2. Check around your property to try and locate the package 

3. Check with your neighbors to see if the package has been delivered to their home 

4. Check with the post office to determine if the package is being held for pickup and the carrier failed to leave the United States Postal Service notification slip


UNDELIVERABLE CUSTOMER UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE GROUND ADVANTAGE PACKAGES:

Customers are solely responsible during the checkout process for entering the correct shipping address. Please contact us immediately via email if you detect any errors in your order confirmation details.  If a customer order is undeliverable and returned to K9 Savors-n-Swag, the customer will be contacted to reship the package; however, the customer is responsible for paying the full cost of the postage to have the package reshipped.
